About the event
Really restricting your tools really helps your creativity start to flow! What can be created out of a paracetamol packet, a found bit of polyester or the items in the bottom of your bag! What stories can you tell.
This workshop invites you to experiment with limitations as a powerful coping strategy, allowing yourself to relax, de-stress and unwind anywhere!
Come and switch off and learn the art of play through art and experimentation!
We aim to make our events friendly and welcoming to all with easy to do activities that can be enjoyed by anyone no matter your experience level or skill at arts and crafts.
All creative supplies are provided and there is access to hot and cold drinks, please feel free to bring your own options and snacks if you would like to. There is a toilet and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
