About the event
Anxious Explorers is a gentle, year-long project designed to help people step mildly outside their daily comfort zones, meet like-minded others, and build creativity and confidence into their routine. Together, we aim to end the year braver, more connected, and more open than we started.

‘Practicing Imperfection'…with Sounds Omazing
A workshop to step out of what things “should look like” or how things “should be done” and playfully exploring what arrives when we kick the judgements out the way!
A movement and mark making intuitive art making wild ride of quiet reflection, centredness and creativity
