Worcester Show Market Stall

Don't have time to host your own stall, don't worry we've got you! We are offering local makers, creators and small businesses a space on our stall at this year's Worcester Show.

SUNDAY 9th August 2026, 10-5pm on Pitchcroft

A lot of time and energy goes into the prep and tending of market stalls, so let us help lighten the load! Get yourself a space on our shared stall at this year's Worcester Show! We've hosted many an event with great success for our artists and makers.

The stall will be divided into multiple spaces for you to showcase your work as one of our recommended artists and we will tend the stall all day so you don't have to.

A front position will allow you:

• flat (laying down) products only (this is so it does not block the product behind)

• the space measures approximately 30cm wide x 60cm length (see example layout below) at the front of the table

• or 60cm x 60cm for the larger spaces

A back position will allow you:

• to have a stand for prints or a small upright stand - you will need to provide your own print stand within the measurements 

• the space measures approximately 30cm wide x 60cm length (see example layout below) at the back of the table

• or 60cm x 60cm for the larger spaces

  
  

Details:

• Drop off - Thursday 6th August 5pm - 8pm OR Friday 7th August 10am - 8pm. Address will be provided once you have booked your spot. Parking can be difficult so please get in touch beforehand if you need longer to unload and we can make sure the driveway is clear.

• Pack your products in a safe and appropriate bag/box. We cannot take responsibility for damage if items are not        properly packed. 

• Your artwork/products will need to be labelled clearly with your brand/artists name and price so that we can keep track of what sells easily.

• You can choose a front or back position when booking your spot but display and curation will be done by us.

• We cannot take your own display equipment (such as boxes/stands/display items) unless it works in the space, please email emily@artistsclubhouse.com to discuss further. We may also be able to hand a few items around the maquee but again please do email to discuss this option further.

• We will aim to put all stock out but may keep some behind the stall to re-stock if it works better in the look of the overall stall.

• £26.00 per small spot or £32.00 for a large space.

• A 10% commission will be taken on all sales.

• Collection of work - From the same address provided on Monday 10th August 2026 (between 10am-8pm). Email to discuss if this isn't possible.

• Payments to yourself minus the commission fee will be made on or before August 31st, we will contact for bank details before this date.

• We will do our best to take the best care of all artwork submitted and it will be manned at all times, we do also have our own insurance but please do think about taking out your own insurance incase of damage or theft as we may not be able to cover these losses. • If you change your mind or are unable to take part we will need enough notice to enable us to find a new person to take this position. This may mean we cannot refund this booking fee to you unless a replacement is found. We will do everything we can to be able to replace your spot so that we can refund you.

• If stock is not dropped off on the correct day (and not otherwise arranged prior to the event) then a refund will not be possible due to covering fees of the event.

• We will not display items deemed as 'sexuallty explicit' or as 'hate speech'. We reserve the right to make this decision before or at the event and will remove items we feel are not in-line with our company ethos.

Worcester Show is a family event, dog friendly with plenty of entertainment suited for all the family. You'll find the Show in Pitchcroft Racecourse, Worcester in August each year. We have live music, art & crafts, floral & Vegetable competitions. Come get involved!
