A summer of Creative wellbeing for ages 12-15.

Let's learn to see the sunny side of life, together!

Join us for Sunny Side Up to explore the connection between creativity and wellbeing. Using a range of playful and reflective techniques, we will experiment with how creative practice might help us feel calmer, more confident, and more resilient.

Creativity is proven to support overall wellbeing. We want to support young people to learn to use it to express themselves, understand themselves and find passionate hobbies that will allow them to build skills that will hopefully help them throughout the coming years, especially with the social media ban coming in to place.

This series of workshops invites young people to investigate expressing themselves, embracing their own unique personality and to understand how the brain is working; exploring their inner artist and building them up for a more confident future.

Thursday 23rd July 1-2.30pm. Admission to the selected workshop for one child. We ask that parents leave their child to explore these themes alone. Adults can drop their child off and pick up from this location. There is a cafe in The Hive if adults would like to remain close by.
