The Anxious Explorers - Vision Boarding

Anxious Explorers is a gentle, year-long project designed to help people step mildly outside their daily comfort zones, meet like-minded others, and build creativity and confidence into their routine. Together, we aim to end the year braver, more connected, and more open than we started.

This adventure:

November - Review & Planning; this month we want to get ahead of any New Years anxieties by reflecting on the year so far ahead of time, reviewing our feelings and meeting them head on & creating vision boards to manifest in the things we actually want for ourselves.

A workshop combining reviewing how the year has been so far with an element of vision boarding and planning for the year ahead to reach personal targets and hopefully avoid those end of year triggers.
