I had a little chat with Maxine who started the No Offence Fence in Portishead and has now bought its message to Worcester city centre with the Now We're Talking With Art trail organised by NHS mental health trust with help from Artists Clubhouse And Worcester City Council. We chatted about why she started the Fence and its message of anti-bullying.
