Our Commitments

Acceptance of Terms

 

By joining a workshop, ordering a product, or using our website, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. We’ve written them to be as clear and fair as possible, so everyone knows where they stand.

Our website, workshop and event content is created by members of our team and community, and reflect our views and opinions. We are not healthcare or medical professionals and are unable to provide mental health services, if you feel you need a specific service please see HERE for a list of resources that may better suit your needs.

 

Our community welcomes everyone from all walks of life, we ask that you respect this and act with kindness and care towards all other community members, whether at events, in workshops or online within our WhatsApp group (this list may be altered or extended at anytime to include any activities we provide). Evidence that goes against this principle may result in expulsion from all our events in-person and online.

 

Our aims within this community are to create a positive space for creativity to be used as a tool to support happiness growth, confidence building and overall increased well-being. We also aim to create opportunities for creativity in a number of ways so that collectively we can enjoy a range of experiences. Our ethos, activities and overall aims may not suit everyone as they are based on our own opinions and experiences. We invite your feedback on our offerings but ask that you look at your own personal situation as to whether you think you need further assistance in your mental health journey, again we provide links to other possible options HERE.

 

Payments

 

We accept payment by card, PayPal, bank transfer, and even cash if you’re joining us in person. Payment is usually required at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise arranged.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The request must be made at least 7 days before the workshop date unless stated otherwise.

  • If you have purchased a pre-ordered product please contact us as early as possible, depending on when product is ordered by us we may not be able to provide a refund.

  • If you purchased an item through our web-store you may need to contact one of our print on demand services; Teemill or Printful to discuss returns and product issues.

  • Product bought from print on demand services may be returned to us if they are unused and in good condition so that we may re-sell. Please email refund@artistsclubhouse.com to discuss before doing so as this may not be possible for all items.

  • If you have purchased an in house product you will need to email us to discuss refunds, these will be assessed on an individual basis.

 

Non-Refundable Items or Services

 

The following are non-refundable:

 

  • Services that have been fully rendered or substantially completed

  • Missed workshops/events without prior discussion. We ask that you provide us at least 7 days notice so that we have a chance to re-sell places on workshops/events as at the point we will have incurred costs to put on events.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@artistsclubhouse.com with the following information:

    •    Your full name

    •    Order number or proof of purchase

    •    Reason for the refund request

 

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

 

Approved Refunds

 

If your refund is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • You will be notified prior to or once the refund has been processed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank account provider (some banks take longer to process payments).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@artistsclubhouse.com.

Cancellations by Us

 

Sometimes things don’t go to plan — for example, if an instructor is unwell, if there aren’t enough sign-ups, or if something unexpected comes up. If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event, we’ll always let you know as soon as possible. You’ll then be able to choose whether you’d like a full refund, credit towards another session, or to move your booking to the new date.

Liability & Safety

 

Our workshops are designed to be positive, creative, and welcoming spaces. While we take care to make sure everything is safe, you join at your own risk. We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that might happen during an event or through using any of our materials, except where caused by our negligence. Please look after yourself and let us know if you have any concerns.

Intellectual Property

 

The art, writing, or creations you make in a workshop are yours to keep and enjoy. Any teaching materials or resources we provide remain our property, and we kindly ask that they aren’t copied, shared, or used outside of our sessions without permission.

 

We also love celebrating what happens in our community. This means we may take photos or videos during workshops and events, and use them for our website, social media, or promotional purposes. If you’d rather not be included, please just let us know at the start of the session.

Age Requirements

 

Our workshops are open to all ages. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian to book and attend with you. Our WhatsApp community is only open to 18+ at this time.

Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.

 

 

Updates to Terms

 

From time to time we may update these Terms & Conditions, for example if our refund policy changes or if we add new types of workshops. We’ll always keep the latest version available on our website, and continuing to use our services means you’re happy with any updates.
